Bookings can be made by phone, WhatsApp, or through the booking form on this website. A fixed price is agreed with you before your booking is confirmed, based on the pickup location, destination, date, group size and any other details you provide. Please make sure the information you give us is accurate, as your price and vehicle allocation are based on it.
The price agreed at the time of booking is the price you pay, provided the details of your journey (pickup, destination, date, group size, luggage) match what you told us when booking. Additional charges may apply if the actual journey differs materially from what was booked (for example, a significantly larger group or additional stops not agreed in advance).

All journeys are provided with a professional driver — we do not offer self-drive minibus hire. Our vehicles are fully insured and maintained to a roadworthy standard. We reserve the right to substitute a vehicle of equivalent or greater capacity if operationally necessary.
For airport and station transfers, we track flights and trains where possible and adjust pickup times accordingly at no extra charge for reasonable delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control (traffic, weather, road closures, or third-party transport delays), but we will make reasonable efforts to minimise their impact on your journey.
Passengers are expected to behave reasonably and safely during the journey. We reserve the right to refuse or end a journey if a passenger's behaviour poses a safety risk to the driver, other passengers, or the vehicle.

We accept both card and cash payment. Corporate accounts may be invoiced by prior arrangement rather than paying at the time of travel.
